Rick Is Hiding a Big Secret in the Woods in Stargirl Episode 2.08 Promo

Secrets can’t be kept forever at safe, and that’s particularly true in Blue Valley. In the next episode of The CW’s Stargirl, Rick Tyler will have to confess that he’s been hiding Solomon Grundy all this time. Hourman and the Injustice Society of America member locked horns more than once in the freshman season, with the young superhero finally managing to beat the beast. While Solomon did kill Rick’s parents, the Justice Society of America representative ultimately chose to spare the villain’s life and exile him into the woods, where he kept feeding him and begun to commiserate with the creature’s loneliness.

Solomon has been mentioned a few times in the sophomore season, but his latest on-screen appearance dates back to the season 1 finale — if we don’t count the hallucination painting featuring him from episode 5 of the current run. Only time will tell if the former ISA member has changed.
