Debuting last night as part of Spike TV's Video Game Awards, the trailer for "Batman: Arkham City" is now online! The villain of the game, as revealed in the elaborate teaser below, is Hugo Strange. A mad scientist who became obsessed with Batman, Strange is one of the earlier comic book Batman villains and there has been much speculation that he could make a big-screen appearance in 2012's The Dark Knight Rises. Whether his cinematic appearance bears out remains to be seen, but the character will certainly be playing a large role on video game consoles in the fall of 2011.
