In the aftermath of Crisis on Infinite Earths, Lex Luthor is the champion of Earth. Or at least the honorary “Man of Tomorrow.” But Kara Danvers AKA Supergirl knows the truth. Lex can’t be trusted, and he’s already bringing Lena back into the Luthor fold. However, Lena isn’t the only one falling under Lex’s influence. The newly upgraded Brainiac 5 was warned by his counterpart that working with Lex is the only way to stop Leviathan. And Lex’s first mission for Brainiac is to locate Winn Schott, or at least an alternate version of Winn.
The CW has released a promo for Supergirl 5.11 that features an off-camera meeting between Winn and Lex. Although the real Winn went to the future with the Legion of Super-Heroes, this version appears to take after his father, Toyman.

“JEREMY JORDAN RETURNS; DAVID HAREWOOD DIRECTS – As Supergirl (Melissa Benoist) tries to thwart a Toyman copycat, Winn Schott (guest star Jeremy Jordan) returns from the future. David Harewood directed the episode written by Dana Horgan & Katie Rose Rogers.”
Supergirl season 5 episode 11, “Back from the Future – Part One,” will hit the CW on January 26.
