Making a major appearance at next week’s Comic-Con, “The Walking Dead” is set to return to AMC this fall for a third season of 16 episodes. Today, EW revealed the below banner, featuring new art of Rick and newcomers (but fan-favorites from the comic book series) Michonne and the Governor.
