Robert Downey Jr. has shared a behind-the-scenes Avengers: Doomsday set photo where he shouts out Jeremy Renner.
Avengers: Doomsday is currently in production and will see Downey Jr. play the villainous Doctor Doom. Renner, meanwhile, has played Clint Barton/Hawkeye since 2011’s Thor and has starred alongside Downey Jr.’s Iron Man/Tony Stark in a number of MCU projects. It’s unclear, at this time, if Renner will appear in Avengers: Doomsday or not.

On Instagram, Downey Jr. shared a photo that sees him reading Renner’s new book, My Next Breath: A Memoir, while sitting outside his trailer. He wrote, “Reading Renner’s book and feeling stronger already…what a journey to wisdom … very instructive…a must read!”

Marvel Studios’ Avengers: Doomsday is directed by Anthony and Joe Russo, also known as the Russo Brothers. Official plot details for the film remain under wraps at this time, though it will be followed by a sequel, Avengers: Secret Wars, in 2027.
