Toy Fair: Mezco Toyz Previews New Man of Steel Toys attended the event and we’ve taken an entire gallery of pictures including pictures of the new 6″ Heisenberg figure based on Bryan Cranston’s popular drug lord, and the 4″ and 8″ Plush Dolls based on Walter White, Heisenberg and Aaron Paul’s Jesse Pinkman. The entire “Breaking Bad” line launches in June 2013 with other items including money clips and “stash boxes.”

What will be of the most interest to comic book movie fans is Mezco Toyz Mez-itz line based on the upcoming Zack Snyder Man of Steel movie, which were blacked out in the latest catalog though they had Mini Mez-itz of Henry Cavill as Superman, Michael Shannon as General Zod and Russell Crowe as Jor-El on display.

They also have a full line of Mez-itz based on Christopher Nolan’s “Dark Knight Trilogy” which includes Batman with his Bat-Pod and figures based on The Joker, Scarecrow and Two-Face. Mezco also has a license for Mez-itz figures based on the DC Universe with 6″ figures of Superman due in April and Batman and Joker due out in August, as well as two-packs of Mini Mez-itz that include Batman Beyond with Cyborg, Green Lantern with Sinestro, Flash with Captain Cold and more. You can see pictures of all these in the gallery as well.

Comic book readers may already know about Malachai and Ethan Nicolle’s web comics series “Axe Cop” which exploded in 2010 before being collected by Dark Horse, but it’s now being developed into a Fox cartoon show that will premiere on July 27, 2013 and Mezco Toyz will be releasing an entire line of 3.75″ figures to coincide, including Axe Cop, Wexter, Avocado Soldier, Baby Man and Dr. Doo Doo (with Doo Doo Soldier) as well as larger plush toys based on the gatling gun-armed dino Wexter and Avocado Soldier.

Thundercats fans will be looking forward to the next series of Deluxe Scale figures from the popular cartoon including Lion-O, Cheetara and Panther, which are all coming out in July.

Another new line for Mezco are their 6″ figures based on the popular “Mars Attacks” comics and cards and they also have talking toys based on popular characters from Comedy Central’s long-running “South Park” cartoon.

They’ll also be adding new figures to their collectible Universal Monsters series of figures with the Creature from the Black Lagoon in June and the Mummy in October, joining their Frankenstein collectible.

Mezco’s Creepy Cuddlers plush toys will be joined in September by 8″ dolls of Chuck from Child’s Play and the Saw puppet.
