What do the Masters of the Universe BTS photos show us?
On Instagram, Wilson shared some behind-the-scenes photos from Masters of the Universe, one of which is an up-close look at Trap Jaw, while announcing that he’s finished filming his scenes for the movie.
“I trained up for this and wanted to deliver something unique, and honour the fans of the OG material,” Wilson wrote. “It’s been a blast. A special thanks to @barriegower as BGFX, @pattfoad @mikebyrnefx and a load of the people who have brought trap jaw to life. My stunt double @miles_ley and @nicholasgalitzine for being a worthy adversary, as well as a special big up to @idriselba and #travisknight who cast me in the first place. Could have gone with a massive name for this and gave me the shot, I can’t wait for you all to watch it next year!”
Adentan, meanwhile, shared a behind-the-scenes look of himself in the makeup chair, which offers some insight into the practical costume he’ll be donning. Check out the full photos in the link below:
The synopsis for the movie reads, “Masters of the Universe introduces a 10-year-old Prince Adam, who crashed to Earth in a spaceship and was separated from his magical Power Sword — the only link to his home on Eternia. After tracking it down almost two decades later. Prince Adam is whisked back across space to defend his home planet against the evil forces of Skeletor. But to defeat such a powerful villain, Prince Adam will first need to uncover the mysteries of his past and become He-Man: the most powerful man in the Universe!”
Masters of the Universe will be released in United States theaters on June 5, 2026.
