Gen V might be a spin-off of the hit series The Boys, but it definitely holds its own. It follows Marie Moreau and her friends at Godolkin University, a school for young superheroes, where they learn about a conspiracy to kill supes.
Another thing fans love about Gen V is its surprise cameos, and there are quite a few of them.

Homelander
After nearly an entire season of buildup, fans finally saw Homelander in the Season 1 finale. But instead of stopping the killing spree, he frames Marie and her friends for the killings.
Billy Butcher
Butcher also appears in the spin-off, but only in a post-credits scene. He is shown investigating the Woods facility, trying to figure out what went wrong there.
A Train
In Episode 1 of Gen V Season 1, titled God U, A-Train appears in a flashback showing the day he became part of The Seven.
Ashley Barrett
Ashley Barrett is another key character who doesn’t get much screen time in Gen V. However, in her brief appearance, viewers learn that she is now the CEO of Vought.
Stan Edgar
Stan Edgar also appears in the show to save Marie and her friends from Vikor. He is a former Vought CEO, succeeded by Ashley Barrett.
Zoe and Victoria Neuman
In Season 2, Episode 6, Zoe (Victoria Neuman’s daughter) returns and kills Vikor by ripping off his head to save Marie and her friends. Her mother, Victoria, also appears in Episode 7 of Season 1 during a town hall interview.
Soldier Boy
Soldier Boy appears in Gen V Season 1, Episode 6, when the students access Cate Dunlap’s subconscious mind.
Sister Sage
Sister Sage appears in one of the episodes where she is seen getting close to Cipher in front of the burned man in Cipher’s house.
Firecracker
Firecracker has several cameos, though not in person. She appears on her TV show, Truthbomb, spreading false stories about what is happening with Marie and Jordan.
Seth Reed
You might not recognize Seth Reed right away, but he works at Vought and is the one who pitched the idea of a battle between Marie and Jordan. He also appears in a few scenes in the original show.
Starlight
Starlight appeared briefly in the pilot episode of Season 1, where she protects Marie from Dogknott and asks her to spy on Project Odessa for her.
Dogknott
Dogknott, who didn’t get many scenes in the original show, appears in one of the episodes tasked with killing Marie.
The Deep
The Deep makes brief appearances in both seasons. In Season 1, he appears through a recorded message, and in Season 2, he appears in person to welcome new students to Godolkin University.
