Temuera Morrison Confirms Four Directors For The Book of Boba Fett

Last year, Lucasfilm revealed that The Book of Boba Fett will be the first spinoff series from The Mandalorian. Director Robert Rodriguez is guiding the series, which features Temura Morrison reprising his role as Boba Fett. It shouldn’t be too surprising to hear that three of The Mandalorian‘s directors will be joining them on the show. Regardless, Morrison confirmed the director lineup during a new interview with Express.

“We’ve got some great directors onboard,” said Morrison. “Robert Rodriguez, [Jon] Favreau, Bryce [Dallas Howard], and Dave Filoni.”

Morrison also singled out Favreau for praise.

“Jon has come up with some magical formulas,” added Morrison. “I think we’re blessed in the way Favreau has all that Marvel experience, so we know where those storylines go. Let’s see what happens.”

However, Morrison indicated that there hasn’t been any discussions with Lucasfilm about a potential season 2.

“They’ll probably want to test the waters first, there’s been no talk about it,” noted Morrison.

The Book of Boba Fett will premiere on Disney+ in December.
