Wondering who the Marvel Phase 6 villains will be? The new phase is set to begin with the release of the Fantastic Four: First Steps on July 25, 2025. It would be followed by a line-up of many other anticipated projects like Spider-Man 4 and Avengers: Doomsday, each introducing a new set of antagonists.

The Fantastic Four: First Steps villains
- Galactus, voiced and played by Ralph Ineson, is a strong cosmic entity that maintains its life and power by consuming planets. The first family will likely have a hard time defeating him.
- Silver Surfer, played by Julia Garner, will aid Galactus in his quest to destroy Earth. There is also a chance of her switching sides.
- Mole Man, aka Harvey Rupert Elder, will likely be played by Paul Walter Hauser. However, Marvel Studios hasn’t officially confirmed it.
- Red Ghost, aka Ivan Kragoff, is a Russian scientist who studied Cosmic Rays. He had intentions of replicating the events that gave the MCU’s first family the powers and boosting these abilities.
Spider-Man 4: Brand New Day villains
- Savage Hulk is regarded as Bruce Banner’s most deadly and aggressive alter ego. The rumors about his involvement solidified when Marvel insider DanielRPK first reported that Mark Ruffalo, who plays Hulk, has been cast in the web-head’s installment.
- A Mystery Female Villain is rumored to be played by Succession star Sarah Snook as a secondary villain. Additionally, there are also rumors about Nicole Kidman being tapped for this particular role.
- Scorpion may appear in the movie as MyTimetoShineHello shared on X that Mac Gargan, who was last seen in Spider-Man: Homecoming, will return in the next installment as Scorpion. Marvel has yet to confirm this, though.
- Mister Negative may also appear in the movie as MyTimeToShineHello also alleged that Steven Yeun has been eyed for this live-action role.
Avengers: Doomsday villains
- Doctor Doom, played by Robert Downey Jr., is set to be the next big bad of the franchise, debuting in Doomsday, now being delayed to December 18, 2026.
- Sentinels may appear in the movie as cinematographer Newton Thomas Sigel shared a set photo for Avengers: Doomsday, which seemed to be the grounds of the X-Mansion, where X-Men and Sentinels battle. This had led many to believe that they might appear.
- Magneto, played by Ian McKellen, is confirmed to return in Avengers: Doomsday. He first appeared in the first X-Men movie. He is an omega-level mutant, wielding the powers to generate and control magnetic fields.
- Mystique, played by Rebecca Romijn, is confirmed to appear in Doomsday. She is a blue-skinned shapeshifter who also appeared in the original X-Men movie alongside McKellen’s Magneto.
