DC Reveals New Line of Suicide Squad and Batman v Superman Figures

Following their new line of figures based on Batman: The Animated Series, DC Collectibles has revealed a new action figure line-up to get fans excited, a series of ultra-realistic and highly-detailed figures made using 3D sculpts of the actors from the DCEU.

“We’re not holding anything back,” Geoff Johns, chief creative officer of DC Entertainment, tells Yahoo. “It’s exciting to see our DC film slate bring to life so many great DC characters… This line will include everything from Batman to Superman to Wonder Woman, and even the obscure characters that will pop up in the cinematic universe. I can’t wait for fans of our films to get their hands on these figures.”

The first series of figures will include Ben Affleck’s Armored Batman and Henry Cavill’s Superman from Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. Each comes with 36 points of articulation with Batman including a pair of swappable hands along with a grapple gun and grenade launcher. Superman will also come with a different set of hand and a swappable head with glowing red eyes. Both figures will be released in September and Armored Batman can be yours for $50, with Superman coming in at $45.

Also in September, we’ll get three figures from Man of Steel – General Zod, Faora, and Jor-El. Zod wil come with three different swappable heads (angry face, laser eyes, and masked) with all three priced at $45.

In November, two more characters from Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice will be delivered, including Gal Gadot’s Wonder Woman (including her sword, shield, and golden lasso) and Jesse Eisenberg’s Lex Luthor (equipped with a case full of Kryptonie and an alternate bald head).

Finally, 2017 will see the release of the first two Suicide Squad members in the ultra-realistic line with Margot Robbie’s Harley Quinn (equipped with her pistol, baseball bat, and explosive collar) and Jay Hernandez’s El Diablo with fire action!
