Jurassic World Super Bowl Ad Confirmed

With Super Bowl XLIX airing on the NBCUniversal-owned NBC this year on February 1, it is no surprise that the company’s other subsidiary, Universal Pictures, is getting in on the action. Good Morning America has confirmed that Universal’s highly-anticipated “Jurassic Park” sequel Jurassic World will have a Super Bowl spot! Stay tuned for when the spot comes online.

Jurassic World, which hits 2D, 3D and IMAX 3D theaters on June 12, 2015, stars Chris Pratt (Guardians of the Galaxy, “Parks and Recreation”), Bryce Dallas Howard (The Help, Spider-Man 3), Ty Simpkins (Insidious, Iron Man 3), Jake Johnson (Let’s Be Cops, “New Girl”), Nick Robinson (The Kings of Summer), Irrfan Khan (Life of Pie), Vincent D’Onofrio (“Daredevil”), BD Wong (Jurassic Park), Omar Sy (X-Men: Days of Future Past), Judy Greer (Dawn of the Planet of the Apes), Katie McGrath (NBC’s “Dracula”), Lauren Lapkus (Blended) and Andy Buckley (Bridesmaids).

Opening in 3D, 2D and IMAX theaters, Jurassic World offers a terrifying sci-fi adventure set 22 years after the events of Steven Spielberg’s original 1993 Michael Crichton adaption.
