ComingSoon.net has the just-announced list of 2005 MTV Movie Awards nominees and superhero movies received some cool nods.
Spider-Man 2 is nominated for Best Movie, Best Villain (Alfred Molina), Best Action Sequence (The Subway Battle) and Best Video Game. The Incredibles was also nominated for Best Movie, Best On-Screen Team (Craig T. Nelson/Holly Hunter/Spencer Fox/Sarah Vowell) and Best Video Game.
