Sophia Di Martino Loki MCU return

Loki’s Sophia Di Martino Wants to See Sylvie in an MCU Movie

Loki’s Sophia Di Martino wouldn’t mind seeing Sylvie show up in an MCU movie or two.

In an interview with GamesRadar+, Di Martino was asked what comes next for Sylvie following the conclusion of Loki Season 2 and if she’d be willing to reprise her role as the character in a Marvel Studios movie.

“I just want to do as much Sylvie as I can,” she answered. “Just to carry on her story, see where she goes next, and to see her finding her way through some movies would be super cool. Yeah, definitely.”

Di Martino also said she’d love to have a “witch off” with Kathryn Hahn, who played Agatha Harkness in 2021’s WandaVision and will reprise her role next year in the upcoming Agatha: Darkhold Diaries spin-off. “Let’s get some more of the girls together,” Di Martino said.

Is Tom Hiddleston coming back to Marvel after Loki Season 2?

The end of Loki’s second season saw the titular God of Mischief make a major sacrifice that could very well be the end of the character’s journey; however, Tom Hiddleston isn’t so sure if he’s done playing the character just yet.

Hiddleston told ComicBook in a recent interview, “I have at least twice in my life said goodbye. I’ve written to Kevin Feige and Louis de Esposito and Victoria Alonso and been like, ‘Thank you so much. It’s been like the role of a lifetime,’ and they’ve written notes back saying, ‘Come and see us anytime. You’re always part of the family. We’re always here. You’ve given us so much and tears have been shared.’ So I think I’d be unwise at this point to be conclusive about any of it.”

“Loki Season 2 picks up in the aftermath of the shocking season finale when Loki finds himself in a battle for the soul of the Time Variance Authority,” the official synopsis reads. “Along with Mobius, Hunter B-15 and a team of new and returning characters, Loki navigates an ever-expanding and increasingly dangerous multiverse in search of Sylvie, Judge Renslayer, Miss Minutes and the truth of what it means to possess free will and glorious purpose.”

The first two seasons of Marvel’s Loki are currently streaming on Disney+.
