The Tick Past and Present Casts Reunite for Live Readings

It seems that fans will hear from The Tick at least one more time. In just a few days, cast members from every iteration of Ben Edlund’s The Tick will gather for a live-streamed reading of the unproduced episodes. The reunion will feature Peter Serafinowicz, Patrick Warburton, and Townsend Coleman’s The Tick, together with all the Arthurs, and many other allies and enemies. And it’s also for a good cause since it benefits food banks across the country.

Even though it had a devoted cult following, Ben Edlund’s superhero hasn’t had much luck on TV over the years. Its latest TV foray ended after Amazon Prime didn’t renew the series for the third season. Edlund tried to search for a new outlet for the show but his efforts to save it have fallen short.
