For months, many Marvel fans have believed Steve Rogers staying in the past with Peggy Carter somehow triggered the tragedy that shattered Doctor Doom’s family. However, according to some, the theory doesn’t quite stick the landing, especially if Doom originates from an entirely different universe.
In their opinion, it’s hard to justify why only Doom’s loved ones would be caught in the fallout while the rest of his reality escaped untouched. Instead, they believe the real answer traces back to Avengers: Endgame.
