Jake Schreier says he didn’t film Thunderbolts* post-credits scene
The director of Thunderbolts* recently sat down for a chat and revealed some details regarding the movie’s post-credits scene.
Jake Schreier stated to ComicBook.com that the post-credits scene was filmed very late. He added, “The specifics of what that and credit scene came to be, those came together quite late. That only got filmed maybe … Is it even a month ago at this point? They’re they’re good at this over there.”
Schreier further hinted that the scene was shot on the sets of Avengers: Doomsday. He said, “I didn’t film that scene. I was there when it was filmed, and I can say that it comes from the set of a production that might be starting production right around now, so that might be fun for people to stay and watch.”
While the Robot & Frank director claimed that he didn’t film the scene, and that it was reportedly shot on the Doomsday set, it seemingly suggests that the Russo Brothers might have been involved in its filming. However, there is no confirmation regarding this from the director duo yet.
Additionally, Jake Schreier shared his experience witnessing the filming of the post-credits scene. He conveyed, “I was so honored to have that happen. We always knew kind of that end moment. From the very beginning, that was true, and then it was about building the right story that lived up to that, I think.”
