On Instagram, CanWeGetSomeToast posted an image of Wilson Fisk/Kingpin from the comics with bandages over his eyes, with the caption, “I’m very excited for #Echo and I think you should be too.” When Fisk was last seen in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, he had just been seemingly shot in the head by Maya Lopez/Echo, suggesting he may return with an eye injury like in the comic panel.

Echo is set to premiere all of its episodes on Disney+ on November 29, 2023. The Hawkeye spin-off series was written by Marion Dayre, as well as Bobby Wilson, Rebecca Roanhorse, Shoshannah Stern, Josh Feldman, Kaitlyn Jeffers, Steven Paul Judd, Jason Gavin, Ken Kristensen, Dara Resnik, and Jessica Mecklenburg. It stars Alaqua Cox as the titular character

In the Marvel comics, Echo — the adoptive daughter of the Kingpin — is a deaf Native American woman who possesses the ability to perfectly copy other people’s movements while also being a highly capable martial artist and acrobat.
