Marvel Studios’ Guardians of the Galaxy lit the box office on fire this year, becoming the highest-grossing film of the year domestically, and the popularity of the film resulted in some very unique requests for merchandising from fans.
Back in August, it was revealed that a vinyl toy of the fan favorite “Dancing Groot” was being made, but now Marvel Entertainment (via Mashable) has revealed that full sized replica of Baby Groot, complete with a tiny pot that plays an electronic version of the Jackson 5’s “I Want You Back,” will be released this December. The toy will run $14.99 and can be seen in action in the player below!
Still playing in theaters, Guardians of the Galaxy stars Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana, Dave Bautista, Vin Diesel, Bradley Cooper, Lee Pace, Michael Rooker, Karen Gillan, Djimon Hounsou, John C. Reilly, Glenn Close and Benicio del Toro. The film has brought in over $650 million at the global box office.
