Marvel Studios’ highly anticipated X-Men reboot has received a new update, revealing one of the movie’s potential producers.
In a new report by insider Daniel Richtman, it is claimed that Stephen Broussard has reportedly boarded the Marvel Cinematic Universe project as a producer. Broussard has actually been working with Marvel since 2005. Before becoming a producer, he first started as an assistant to Kevin Feige in movies like 2005’s Fantastic Four and 2006’s X-Men: The Last Stand. Besides the X-Men movie, he is also expected to produce the upcoming Wonder Man series.

This latest X-Men movie update has earned mixed reactions from fans, who have expressed their concern over Broussard’s involvement due to the MCU movies he had previously produced.
He has been credited as a producer on six Marvel movies, including The Incredible Hulk, Captain America: The First Avenger, Iron Man 3, Doctor Strange, Ant-Man and the Wasp, and Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania. Due to the latter movie’s disappointing box office performance and critical reception, some fans are worried that the new X-Men movie might also share the same fate.
