DC Studios co-CEO James Gunn has finally addressed some of the Batman DCU rumors, which have been spreading online. This comes after over two years since it was first announced that DC Studios will be releasing a Batman movie for its newest DC Universe titled, The Brave and the Bold.
Part of the DC Universe’s Chapter One: Gods & Monsters, The Brave and the Bold will be directed by The Flash director Andy Muschietti. It will be based on writer Grant Morrison and artist Andy Kubert’s run on DC Comics’ Batman. The story will center around Bruce Wayne and Damian Wayne, who is known as the Dark Knight’s son with DC villain Talia al Ghul. Damian Wayne is one of the DC characters who takes on the mantle of Robin. At the moment, it currently has no official release date yet.
