Aquaman fans can see their favorite hero in action once again in a matter of days, as Zack Snyder’s Justice League will debut within two weeks. Director Zack Snyder is now releasing new promotional materials on a daily basis, each focusing on a different main character. Today, it’s time for the king of Atlantis to get the spotlight, in a new teaser. In this video, Jason Momoa’s Aquaman stands tall before claiming his trident and joining the Justice League. Together with his legendary weapon, Aquaman will do his best to stop Steppenwolf from destroying the Earth.

Momoa has always been very open about his support for releasing the Snyder Cut. In the past few years, he’s expressed his frustration on not being able to speak his mind about 2017’s Justice League, and he joined the #ReleaseTheSnyderCut movements as soon as it caught on online. Apparently, the Snyder version of Justice League will focus more on his character than the one fans saw in theaters.
The director has also dropped a new character poster for Aquaman that you can check out below. The upcoming Zack Snyder’s Justice League will debut on HBO Max starting March 18.
