Xebec and Harald clashed in Mary Geoise 8 years ago
Based on the spoilers, the title of this One Piece chapter is “Rocks Pirates.” The chapter begins from the flashback scene where Loki and the Rocks Pirates met in Elbaph’s underworld region. Furthermore, the leaks state that Rocks D. Xebec is also a unique swordsman. When he was in Mary Geoise 8 years ago, he attacked the Levely and kidnapped 5 kings alone. That is when he also came face-to-face with King Harald. Their clash led to black haki lightning spreading all over the place, similar to what happened between Gol D. Roger and Whitebeard.
Xebec challenged Imu at the Pangaea Castle
This flashback also revealed that during that time, Xebec also met Imu in the Room of Flowers at the Pangaea Castle. He reached the castle after going through Mary Geoise. Here, Xebec presented a challenge to the World Government leader and shared that he was a fan of Davy Jones. Xebec also vowed to return in the future. In the scene, it is also revealed that Gunko has been serving Imu since then, as she was present with him at that time.
Xebec grew his crew by winning Davy Back fights

The chapter ends by stating that after journeying, Elbaph Xebec conquered the pirate island, Hachinosu.
