Who Is the Girl in Predator: Killer of Killers’ Ending? Explained

Wondering about the ending of Predator: Killer of Killers and its cameos? The animated sci-fi movie revolves around three fierce warriors: a Viking raider, a ninja in Japan, and a World War II pilot. While these warriors are deadly themselves, they encounter a new enemy, for whom they become targets. As the movie ends, what particularly drew fans’ attention is a cameo of a character from the movie Prey. Here are details on the storyline and the cameo.

Does Prey’s Naru appear in Predator: Killer of Killers’ ending?

Yes, Prey’s Naru does appear briefly in Predator: Killer of Killers’ ending.

In Prey, Naru bravely defeats an alien hunter (called a Yautja) and safeguards her Comanche tribe. While it appeared that the movie concluded peacefully for her, the post-credits scene in Predator: Killer of Killers teases a different story. In the latest film, it is revealed that at some point Naru was put in a cryo pod and has been stored with other killers by the Yautja.

In an interview with ScreenRant, co-director Dan Trachtenberg explained how Naru ended up in the animated movie, clarifying that she didn’t time travel. He said, “I mean, I’ll clearly say it is not time travel. They are not time-traveling. That is the benefit of the cryo pod – they are plucked from their time and then put into stasis and then unleashed when decided upon for that evening’s delightful entertainment.”

How did Naru get caught in Predator: Killer of Killers?

It is not revealed in Predator: Killer of Killers how Naru is caught. Naru faced a similar fate to other predator killers in Predator: Killer of Killers. As she killed a Yautja in Prey, she was evidently captured off-screen and was then put into a cryo pod. She currently remains in a frozen state and will awaken at the aliens’ will. However, her cameo in particular has teased what is next for her character and potentially future movies, including Prey 2.
