CAA Lands Will Eisner Estate

Creative Artists Agency (CAA) has landed the estate of comic book creator Will Eisner as a client, reports Variety.

The idea is to take Eisner’s library of titles and package them as movies, TV shows and other media properties.

The Spirit is currently being adapted at Lionsgate and Odd Lot Entertainment, with comic book veteran Frank Miller writing and directing.

Other Eisner books include “A Contract With God and Other Tenement Stories,” “John Law,” “Lady Luck,” “Mr. Mystic,” “Uncle Sam,” “Blackhawk” and “Sheena.”
