‘James’ sent in this bit over the weekend about Friday’s filming for Batman Begins (which includes some spoilers)…
First a couple of spoilers…
The film opens in flash back to the shooting of Bruce Wayne’s parents at an opera house. Also, there’s another flash back which shows Bruce Wayne in more of a vigilante type role.
Now the big news the set is awesome! Very New York/Chicago-urban reality-based in detail as the Newsweek feature said. On Friday, a car chase was being filmed with the cars racing up and down the huge set. Also the mono rail and station are present, again very gritty.
The extras are also only being shown parts of the sets they are working on! Holy Security.
