Humanity Is on the Edge of an Unprecedented Crisis in Foundation Trailer

Apple has released a brand new trailer for the upcoming Foundation series. The universe created by author Isaac Asimov is arguably one of the most ambitious ever. And it appears that the series created by David S. Goyer and Josh Friedman does its best to capture its spirit. The video briefly introduces the fans to the story where Jared Harris’ Dr. Hari Seldon predicts the imminent collapse of the Galactic Empire. We also got a closer look at the rulers of the Empire and their reaction to the news as Lee Pace’s Brother Day orders up some killing. The trailer features a glimpse at the scale and scope of Apple’s project, and both look huge. While Asimov devoted plenty of space to ideas in his works, it seems that there will be room for frantic action as the video teases some battles coming.
