Earlier this week, Netflix dropped a new picture from The Witcher season 2, with Henry Cavill’s Geralt of Rivia in his new armor. Now, it’s time for Freya Allan’s Princess Cirilla to take the spotlight. Throughout the first season, Ciri was desperately looking for Geralt. However, they only met each other in the closing moments of the season finale.
Via the official Twitter account for The Witcher, Netflix has dropped two new pictures from the upcoming season. In the first pic, Ciri is shown in training. Allan also appears to have captured Ciri’s signature fierceness, which is one of her defining characteristics.

Here’s the official description for The Witcher‘s upcoming second season.
“Convinced Yennefer’s life was lost at the Battle of Sodden, Geralt of Rivia brings Princess Cirilla to the safest place he knows, his childhood home of Kaer Morhen. While the Continent’s kings, elves, humans and demons strive for supremacy outside its walls, he must protect the girl from something far more dangerous: the mysterious power she possesses inside.”
The Witcher season 2 will hit Netflix in 2021.
