Disney+ Drops a New Poster For The Mandalorian Season 2

At the end of this month, The Mandalorian will return to Disney+ for a second season. During the first season, Mando, or Din Djarin, formed a bond with The Child, an infant from Yoda’s face. Now, Mando has finally accepted the responsibility of either raising The Child, or finding his people.

Disney+ has released a new poster for The Mandalorian season 2, which features Mando on a speeder bike along with The Child. It may also be a subtle acknowledgement of Baby Yoda’s ongoing popularity in the real world.

Disney+ and Lucasfilm have largely kept season 2’s story under wraps. The only confirmed returning cast members are Pedro Pascal, Carl Weathers, Gina Carano, and Giancarlo Esposito.  Wrestler Sasha Banks appeared in the first trailer for season 2, however, her character was not revealed.

The new season is also rumored to introduce Rosario Dawson as Ahsoka Tano, with Temuera Morrison and Katee Sackhoff reprising their roles as Boba Fett and Bo-Katan Kryze, respectively. Additionally, Timothy Olyphant may appear as Cobb Vanth, with Michael Biehn as a bounty hunter. There may also be a few additional surprises.

The Mandalorian season 2 will premiere on Disney+ on October 30. New episodes will drop every Friday at midnight.
