Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. Cast and Crew Salute Their Fans in Farewell Video

Only one day remains until Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. complete their final mission on ABC, so emotions are running high. After seven years and 136 episodes together, the cast and crew are probably still getting used to not seeing each other every day. Regardless, their journey wouldn’t be possible without the dedicated fanbase who tuned in every week. That’s why Marvel has put together a new video where the actors and producers thank fans for their viewership.

Just about every main cast member from the series shows up to express their gratitude, including Clark Gregg, Chloe Bennet, Ming-Na Wen, Elizabeth Henstridge, Henry Simmons, Natalia Cordova-Buckley, and Jeff Ward. Iain De Caestecker, who sat out most of season 7 as Fitz, also appears to offer some parting words. Additionally, executive producers Jed Whedon, Maurissa Tancharoen, and Jeffrey Bell share some thoughts of their own.

Gregg’s Phil Coulson was an established presence in the MCU thanks to his role in several Marvel Studios films. Similarly, Wen was already something of a geek icon thanks to her roles in Street Fighter and Stargate Universe. But in the case of some of the other cast members like Bennet, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. launched their acting careers.

“My entire adult existence has revolved around this show, this family, this community onscreen and off,” said Bennet. “Including you guys. Especially you guys. It would not have been possible, so thank you from the bottom of my heart.”

Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. will air its two-part finale tomorrow night at 9pm on ABC.
