Unseen Supergirl Photos Show Her & Superman Goofing Off

Warner Bros. has released Supergirl on Digital this week. New bonus features reveal fun moments between Supergirl and Superman. The behind-the-scenes photos show Supergirl star Milly Alcock and Superman actor David Corenswet sharing fun moments together while filming.

Supergirl’s Digital Release shows a goofy side of David Corenswet’s Superman

Warner Bros. released Supergirl on Digital recently. It arrived just over a month after the theatrical release. Fans can now buy or rent the movie online. A 4K UHD, Blu-ray, and DVD release follows September 8.

The new behind-the-scenes photos from the bonus features surfaced online. The pictures show Milly Alcock and David Corenswet having fun together. Both stayed in their superhero costumes between filming scenes. The lighthearted moments quickly caught fans’ attention online.

One photo shows them smiling, thumbs up toward the cameras. Another captures Alcock laughing while talking with Corenswet between takes. A different picture shows Corenswet making funny faces for laughs. Alcock smiled beside him during the lighthearted break in filming.

Another shot shows Corenswet joking while pointing toward Alcock playfully. A behind-the-scenes video also features the two stars together. Alcock says, “It’s kind of crazy. I didn’t think I would be here, and I am.”

She then asks Corenswet to perform Superman’s famous super-breath, saying, “Do the breath.” Corenswet replied, “Breath? Yeah, we do the breath.” Alcock also admitted feeling both excited and scared about everything. She said, “I’m excited, obviously, but, like, also scared.”

Supergirl opened in theaters on June 26, 2026, worldwide. The movie arrived on Digital on July 28, 2026. It received mixed reviews from critics after its release. The film also struggled at the worldwide box office overall.

So far, Supergirl has earned over $124 million worldwide. The movie holds a 53% critics’ score on Rotten Tomatoes. Its audience score currently stands at a stronger 73%.
