Two horror projects, one of which features Dafne Keen, are vying for the top spot on AMC+ charts. One is a movie led by Keen, who previously portrayed Laura/X-23 in Logan and Deadpool & Wolverine, while the other is the latest chapter in an anthology series.
Whistle and The Terror: Devil in Silver compete for top spot on AMC+ charts
The Terror: Devil in Silver holds the top spot on AMC+ overall charts as of June 4, 2026, according to FlixPatrol. The remaining entries on the list are Goodfellas at #3, This Is Not a Test at #4, Tales from the Crypt at #5, Dark Winds at #6, The Audacity at #7, This City Is Ours at #8, and Marilyn and the Mob at #9.
Holding the #2 spot is Whistle, which follows a group of students who find an Aztec Death Whistle and discover that it kills whoever uses it by summoning an iteration of their eventual demise. Dafne Keen plays Chrys Willet in the movie, alongside Sophie Nélisse as Ellie Gains, Sky Yang as Rel Taylor, and Jhaleil Swaby as Dean Jackson.
The film came out in the U.S. on February 6, 2025, and received mostly positive reviews. At present, it has a 64% rating on Rotten Tomatoes.
In a review, Matthew Jackson of Dread Central praised the movie, writing, “Featuring incredible kill sequences and strong performances, Corin Hardy’s ‘Whistle’ is a deeply effective piece of teen-centric horror storytelling.”
Meanwhile, Devil in Silver debuted on AMC+ on May 7, 2026. It tells the story of Stevens’ Peter “Pepper” Coffin. After being wrongfully sent to a psychiatric facility, he encounters dangerous patients, dubious doctors, and the supernatural.
Besides Stevens, the cast includes Michael Aronov as Huey, Philip Ettinger as Louie, Marin Ireland as Dewey, and John Benjamin Hickey as Dr. Walter. Furthermore, the chapter currently has an impressive 95% rating on Rotten Tomatoes. Screen Anarchy’s Peter Martin described it as “a deep, dense dive into empathetic mental health issues and fresh new nightmares.”
