Locations for Batman vs. Superman and Avengers: Age of Ultron Revealed

First, HenryCavillOnline has found a number of tweets and images of Batman vs. Superman director Zack Snyder on the campus of Michigan State in East Lansing, Michigan. Though unconfirmed as a location scout, sources point to Snyder doing some snooping around the “Eli and Edythe Broad Art Museum” (pictured left), which is certainly a unique place should they decide to film there.

Another report from BadTaste.it points to a new location for Marvel’s next juggernaut, Avengers: Age of Ultron. The site notes that the Governor of Valle d’Aosta, Augusto Rollandin, held a press conference this morning announcing that the Bard Fortress (pictured below) and the surrounding areas in north Italy will serve as a shooting location for the film beginning this March. It’s unclear if the main cast for the film will travel to the area for shooting or if it will be mostly second unit. Check back here for further details.

Avengers: Age of Ultron is set to be released in theaters May 1, 2015, while Batman vs. Superman has been recently pushed back to a May 6, 2016 debut.
