Trailer for World War Z Mobile Game Revealed

Good news, a video game for World War Z will be coming out in conjunction with the film being released this summer. Bad news, it’s a mobile only game. IGN has revealed the trailer and first images from the mobile game which shares the name “World War Z.” More good news though, the game uses the Unreal Engine 3 which should provide for some great gameplay.

“We were excited to be able to use the cutting-edge Unreal Engine 3 to bring World War Z to life,” Chip Sineni, Phosphor Games Studio Director said in a statement. “Our goal was to build Paramount a AAA game, and with that came all our favorite bells and whistles, like ambient occlusion lighting, multipass blended textures, and hordes of enemies to fight.”

World War Z will be available May 30 (three weeks before the film) and features 28 different levels where players will need to navigate through, shoot zombies, and solve puzzles. Check out the trailer and first images below.
