A new Star Wars video game is bringing back The Clone Wars and The Bad Batch stars in their iconic roles. The upcoming game is being developed by Bit Reactor in collaboration with Lucasfilm Games.
What is the casting update for the new Star Wars video game?
Star Wars Zero Company is an upcoming video game set in the Star Wars universe. Alongside other fantastic voice talents, the game will also see the return of Matt Lanter and Dee Bradley Baker. They will reprise their beloved characters of Anakin Skywalker and Trick, respectively, from Star Wars: The Clone Wars.
The rest of the voice cast for Star Wars Zero Company features stars from Star Wars: The Clone Wars and Star Wars: The Bad Batch, including Jonathan Freeman and Erica Luttrell as Hawks, Vic Michaelis as Runa Blask, JB Blanc as Kabb Uppercut, Judy Alice Lee as Jae Mordant, Nicole Rainteau as Tel-Rea ‘Tel’ Vokoss, Alex McKenna as Cly Kullervo, Jason Spisak as Luco Bronc, and Rekha Sharma as Fathom.
Leo Howard, Jim Pirri, DC Douglas, Kevin Michael Richardson, Hunter Smith, and Dylan Kenin are also playing key roles in Star Wars Zero Company’s story.
According to the official description for the new Star Wars game, “players will step into the shoes of former Galactic Republic officer Hawks, who they’re able to fully customize, including their choice of a masculine or feminine voice, performed by Jonathan Freeman and Erica Luttrell, respectively. As the leader of Zero Company, an unconventional outfit of professionals for hire from across the galaxy, which includes a Clone Trooper, a Mandalorian, a Jedi Padawan and more, players must hunt down and stop Kundri Fathom, the ruthless leader of the Separatist-aligned cult known as the Infinite Coil.”
Star Wars Zero Company will release on August 27, 2026, on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. Ahead of its official debut, the makers will attend a panel during San Diego Comic-Con on July 25, 2026.
The Comic-Con presentation for Star Wars Zero Company will offer a behind-the-scenes conversation between Narrative & Cinematic Director Aaron Contreras, Creative Executive Kelsey Sharpe, and cast members Dee Bradley Baker, Jonathan Freeman, Vic Michaelis, and Rekha Sharma.
