Fans of Spider-Man will no doubt see the parrallels between this and the ever popular Maximum Carnage series from the ’90s. No official word on what it means, but Marvel will announce it at the “Amazing Spider-Man” panel at San Diego Comic-Con. Our guess is that it will be a follow-up to this year’s Carnage U.S.A. mini series, and will involve Carnage, Venom, and the Scarlet Spider.
