The new trailer for The Batman is only a day away. And as if fans already weren’t excited enough to see more from the highly-anticipated reboot, Warner Bros. has released some new key art for the film. The studio dropped two posters highlighting Robert Pattinson’s Bruce Wayne/Batman and Paul Dano’s Riddler. You can view both of them for yourself below.
The first poster shows the silhouette of the Dark Knight in the middle of a rainstorm, the bat emblem on his chest shining bright red. Meanwhile, the Riddler appears almost completely out of focus. However, he can be seen holding up one of his riddles, appropriately addressed to the Batman himself.
Although we’ve seen a decent amount of footage of Pattinson in costume, fans have seen very little of Dano as the Riddler. Last year’s FanDome trailer memorably gave us our first look at Dano’s take on the classic supervillain. Rather than his usual green blazer adorned with question marks, the character appeared in more unassuming clothes.
Riddler also donned a mask made completely out of duct tape, a look he seems to enjoy passing onto his victims. It remains to be seen whether this will be his final costume in the film. Regardless, we’re bound to see more when the new trailer finally premieres.
DC FanDome returns tomorrow, October 16. The Batman hits theaters on March 4, 2022.
