Has Prime Video canceled Hazbin Hotel or renewed it for Season 3?
Amazon Prime Video has renewed Hazbin Hotel for Seasons 3 and 4.
Hellaverse of Prime took to X (formerly Twitter) to share a teaser for the upcoming announcement of the two installments in July 2024. The tweet read, “The Hazbin Hotel is open for business! Season 3 and Season 4 are on the way.”
The gap between Season 1 and Season 2’s release was over a year. If a similar timeline is followed, then Season 3 could be expected in 2027.
In an interview with Collider, Medrano also revealed details on what his plans were for the initial seasons and what could be expected in further seasons. “I feel like Season 2 grows in really exciting ways that I’m personally enjoying a lot. There are things in Season 1 that I really wanted to build up to and have a little bit more of a presence, but just because of how tight it was and how we really wanted to focus on the story we were telling and make it really satisfying, we weren’t able to build some things. So, what I like about Season 2 is that we are more able to build some things up that could lead to bigger payoffs later down the line,” he added.
