Once out, he started his rise to power.

Deathstroke

He’s deemed the deadliest assassin in the DC universe, who made his appearance in The New Teen Titans. He earns his extraordinary powers through an experimental super-soldier serum. He is the alter ego of Slade Joseph Wilson, who was a mercenary and former US Army operative.

Mongul

The character made its appearance in DC Comics Presents #27. He is a Warzoon tyrant and an ex-member of the Sinestro Corps. His powers include superhuman strength, reflexes, and stamina, Warzoon physiology, accelerated healing, heat vision, flight mode, and more.

Kalibak

In New Earth, he is the firstborn of Darkseid and Suli. Kalibak’s grandmother ordered Desaad to kill his mother. He grew up to be a legendary warrior who acted as a second hand to Darkseid. His powers are as follows: New God Physiology, Superhuman Speed, Invulnerability, and others.

Cyborg Superman

Cyborg Superman is an alias of Henry Henshaw. The character first debuted as Henry in The Adventures of Superman #466 and as Cyborg Superman in The Adventures of Superman #500. He was a NASA Astronaut who was hit by a solar flare, leading to his crew member’s demise. Upon surviving the attack, his body was affected, leading to him transferring his mind into Superman’s birthing matrix. He made a new cyborg body that looked familiar to Superman. When he learns that Superman is responsible for the solar attack, he comes to Earth to kill him, but discovers that he has already died.
