Cipher hasn’t revealed the name of his man. However, it is heavily speculated that it could be Thomas Godolkin, the co-founder of Godolkin University and a scientist of the Odessa Project.
Thomas Godolkin first appeared in a flashback at the beginning of Season 2, Episode 1. After his fellow scientists injected themselves with Compound V, they all died from its side effects. And during their gruesome death sequence, the lab also caught fire.
While Thomas was shown to have died in the fire, the fourth episode raises the speculation that he was actually saved. And to ensure his survival, he is kept in a hyperbaric chamber.
