The Black Clover Chapter 383 spoilers have arrived, and they comprise an intense battle between two major characters and some story developments. The spoilers also focus on the return of a long-forgotten major character. In the manga’s previous chapter, the Earth Spirit host and the Diamond Kingdom mages fought Paladin Morris Libardirt. Meanwhile, Millie Maxwell formulated a plan to stop the legless angels and informed everyone about the same. Moreover, the elves entered battle, motivated by their desire to protect humans.

Black Clover Chapter 383 will reportedly be titled “Longing.” It begins with some battle sequences, which see the Mages gaining an advantage thanks to the Diamond Kingdom and the elves. Moreover, the sequences are expected to feature not only beautiful illustrations but also some new magic spells.
A major plot point explored in Chapter 383 is the battle between Yuno Grinberryall and Lucius Zogratis. The former believes that the latter could not wrap his head around Clover Kingdom’s former enemies allying with Asta. Due to this belief, Yuno mocks Lucius and asks him if he fears Asta.
However, Lucius dismisses Yuno’s question and reminds the latter that the mages would eventually run out of anti-magic. Essentially implying that the battle’s current state wasn’t going to mean much. Lucius later praises Yuno and the mages for holding their own in the battle.
Meanwhile, Kirsch and Leopold Vermillion, and Langris Vaude show up to protect Mimosa Vermillion and Asta. Lucius notes that the mages’ attempts were pointless and that they were doing nothing but buying time. He also points out that defeating the legless angels is futile due to their regenerative abilities.
Mimosa begins feeling tired, leading her to believe that she will fail to heal Asta before her mana runs out. Fortunately, Charmy Pappitson and Finral Roulacase show up and give Mimosa Charmy’s mana-replenishing food, which will let her use Ultimate Magic.
Finally, Mimosa succeeds in healing Asta, who wakes up and screams at Lucius, asking the latter to wait so that he can fight him.
Thus, the next chapter will most definitely see Asta and Yuno engaging in a 2v1 fight against Lucius.
Chapter 383, along with Chapters 381 and 382, will be released on Sunday, August 11, 2025.
