The manga leaks reveal that a Hishaku member visited Ibuki’s house around the time of Kunishige Rokuhira’s murder. The two engaged in a fight, which resulted in Ibuki’s death.
The armored Hishaku sorcerer is a puppet
The chapter then shifts to the present, where Azami inspects the body of the armored Hishaku member. Initially believing him to be dead, Azami quickly realizes the enemy was actually a puppet controlled remotely. This leads him to suspect the actual Hishaku sorcerer is nearby. The real Hishaku sorcerer uses friction to start a fire
According to leaks, the samurai Hishaku sorcerer rethinks his strategies and concludes that he cannot take down the executioner using his puppets. Just then, a person next to him asks the lady at the stall for a cigarette. He then turns to the sorcerer and asks him for a light. The sorcerer uses his blade to create friction and light the man’s cigarette. This technique stuns the vendor, as she is confused about how that can happen. The sorcerer then explains that a spiritual energy, when channeled well, can generate fire.
The armoured Hishaku sorcerer gets called to the Kamunabi HQ
Following this, the sorcerer receives a call from Hishaku’s Pine sorcery user, who tells him to reach the Kamunabi headquarters soon. Although the armored Hishaku warrior expresses that he doesn’t want to go, the Pine sorcery user reminds him of his values. The Hishaku sorcerer, upon hearing this, reminds the Pine sorcery user about how he killed Ibuki.
However, according to him, Ibuki wasn’t the same as he was during the Seitei War. He further states he doesn’t like it when people evaluate his skills based on that achievement. As he is looking to fight an ideal opponent, he refuses to go. Just then, the Pine sorcery user informs him about Kiri and Uruha being alive.
Natsuki is practicing in the Kamunabi HQ
Although the Pine sorcery user was telling him about the presence of a relative of Misaka at the headquarters, the armored Hishaku sorcerer was unable to hear it due to background noise. However, hearing Uruha’s name seems enough reason for him to head to the Kamunabi HQ. The chapter then shifts to the Level Three training room of the Kamunabi HQ, where Ibuki’s younger brother Natsuki is practicing swordsmanship. Here, fans also learn about Ibuki and Natsuki’s bond.
Natsuki is determined to defeat the Hishaku
As per the leaks, the flashback scene shows Ibuki and Natsuki as the famous undefeated brother duo. Additionally, they were considered the strongest in their hometown. With immense talent, the brothers headed to Tokyo during the Seitei War. While Ibuki became the wielder of the Cloud Gouger, Natsuki was unable to join his brother on the battlefield. In place of Natsuki, Rokuhira made Uruha the wielder of the Kumeyuri blade. This disappointed Natsuki as he wanted to fight alongside his brother. After the war, Ibuki stepped back as the wielder of the Cloud Gouger and was later killed by the Hishaku.
Natsuki accepted his brother’s death as he felt that Ibuki had become weak. Learning from this incident, Natsuki never gave up swordsmanship. Just then, the flashback comes to an end, and Natsuki learns about the things happening at the fifth level.
