Here’s Every Fantastic Four Popcorn Bucket for the 2025 Movie: AMC, Cinemark & Regal

Looking to buy a Fantastic Four popcorn bucket for the upcoming 2025 movie? Well, here’s a peek at every bucket for Fantastic Four: The First Steps, releasing nationwide on July 25, that have been announced so far. Much of the attention has been centered on the Galactus LED popcorn bucket hawked by Marvel Entertainment, but many theater chains — particularly AMC, Cinemark, and Regal — have their own exclusive popcorn vessels. Let’s compare all of the buckets available for the Fantastic Four film (along with prices and release dates), so you can pick out your favorite.

What are the popcorn buckets for the Fantastic Four: The First Steps?

There are at least six Fantastic Four popcorn buckets that we’ve been able to spot so far. This does not include The Thing popcorn bucket spotted at CinemaCon in April, but it may become official merch eventually.

Galactus LED Popcorn Bucket

This one’s hard to miss, but the most hyped Fantastic Four popcorn bucket is this giant Galactus head. Available at multiple theater chains, including Regal and Cinemark, this bucket is priced at a suitably hefty $80. The eyes will light up with purple LEDs (the bucket comes with batteries).

The Galactus LED popcorn bucket can hold 361 ounces of popcorn (that’s huge!) and is 20 inches wide (or 10 inches wide without the horns), 17.5 inches tall, and 9.6 inches deep. It’s made out of plastic with a metallic finish, which is partly why it is hand wash-only.

Regal Theatres

In addition to the Galactus popcorn bucket, Regal Theatres is offering two exclusive Fantastic Four buckets. The premium one is the Fantasticar popcorn bucket, which is effectively a replica of the car that the superhero team uses in the movie. The car is a nod to American concept cars in the 1960s combined with a retrofuture aesthetic. Regal provided a lengthier 30-second video (on X below) that shows off the details of the car and how it opens from the center to fit the popcorn inside.

The second popcorn bucket from Regal is a more straightforward vessel. It comes as a part of the Fantastic Four Collectible Combo, though it will likely be available separately as well. The bucket has four ring layers, with the top ring being translucent blue, the second being red, the third having an orange pattern like The Thing, and the bottom having the Fantastic Four logo.

Both buckets should be available on July 25, the same day as the movie’s release. Most of the premium buckets from Regal cost about $50 to $60, so that’s how much we expect the Fantasticar one to be. The more standard bucket should be less at around $20 to $30.

Cinemark Theatres

Cinemark Theatres doesn’t seem to have over-the-top plans for Fantastic Four popcorn buckets. Apart from the Galactus bucket, it will offer a Mr. Fantastic bucket, a 130-oz. Mr. Fantastic bucket that comes with a figure of the eponymous superhero that looks like Pedro Pascal wrapping his arms around the vessel. The chain will also offer a more traditional popcorn tin, which holds 130 ounces of popcorn and has the superhero team featured around the outside of the container.

It’s still unclear when these collectibles will be available, but we suspect that it will be around July 25, if not earlier. The Mr. Fantastic bucket doesn’t look that complicated, so it should be around $30 to $40, if not less. As a point of comparison, the chain’s exclusive Lilo & Stitch popcorn bucket with a plush is only around $22. The popcorn tin should also only be about $20 to $30.

The Fantastic Four popcorn bucket from AMC will be the biggest competitor to Regal’s. The H.E.R.B.I.E. Concession Vessel, in the shape of the eponymous robot assistant from the movie, comes with a large popcorn, large drink, and candy. The robot container has enough storage to store all three food and drink items.

This H.E.R.B.I.E. popcorn bucket will available a little earlier on July 24, and it will only be available until supplies last. While most AMC popcorn buckets cost around $30 to $50, we expect this to be on the higher end (perhaps even $60+) given the intricacies of the container.

Alamo Drafthouse

As for the Alamo Drafthouse, it doesn’t seem like it will feature any popcorn buckets for the movie. Instead, it is offering a limited edition 16-oz pint glass, which is only available by pre-ordering tickets at the venue. The superhero decals on the glass were created by artist Matt Taylor from Mutant.
