It then showcases the former Avengers headquarters, rebranded with the new moniker. The team assembles there and discusses Sam Wilson, aka Captain America’s, latest move. He has filed a copyright and is suing the new team for using the Avengers name.
Now, with a legal battle set in motion, Wilson might look for a potential lawyer to fight the case, which could lead MCU’s attorney, Jennifer Walters, to step in. She has been shown to be familiar with trademark cases, as Titania also sued her. The lawsuit was over the use of She-Hulk, which was Titania’s makeup product line. However, she emerged victorious in the case, with the aid of Mallory Book, an attorney at her firm.
