Hasbro’s October Star Wars Figure Reveals From Europe

Hasbro’s Star Wars Figure Reveals From Europe

For anyone wondering why Force Friday didn’t maybe reveal as many new Star Wars characters from The Rise of Skywalker as expected, chalk it up to multiple conventions. Hasbro likes to have new things to announce at every major con they attend. This past weekend, they made stops in the U.K. and Paris. And out of those shows, we got some new toys showcased.

The six-inch scale Black Series showed the most. Obi-wan Kenobi, circa Attack of the Clones, is getting a refresh with a new head sculpt. Anakin Skywalker, meanwhile, gets his first Black Series figure from that film. (He previously saw toy form with his Episode III hair and scar.)

Kylo Ren has a posse, and they’re finally showing up in the next movie. We’ve seen at least five Knights of Ren, and the first to hit six-inch scale arrives soon. Per Lucasfilm’s Pablo Hidalgo, these knights do all have individual names. However, they weren’t finalized until after the first wave of merchandise hit development. Also hitting this scale is Zorii Bliss, an old friend of Poe Dameron’s played by Keri Russell. She sports a helmet that looks like its own spaceship, and reportedly flies a Y-Wing fighter.

If it seemed odd that the Mandalorian didn’t make the 3-3/4 inch roster, that’s been remedied. Pedro Pascal’s gunslinger with no name (so far) gets downsized, along with ally Cara Dune (Gina Carano). No word yet on his droid sidekick IG-11, but there are always more conventions.
