A prequel to a sequel… That’s what you’ll get if you beat your feet to the San Francisco WonderCon. Ah, but if you’re not attending, you can catch a special 5-page preview of the 16-page comic book, from Universal Pictures and Dark Horse Comics, at the official “Hellboy” site here.
The comic, a lead-up to this summer’s Hellboy II: The Golden Army, was written by Mike Mignola and based on a story by director Guillermo del Toro. It features three different collectable covers (Hellboy, Abe and Liz), and will be distributed at conventions and events leading up to the film’s release on July 11, 2008.
