IGN reports that Activision has landed the rights to the game for the Transformers movie:
Among the many revelations made during Activision’s third quarter conference call today was the news that the company had acquired the rights to the upcoming live-action Transformers movie. No details about the project are currently known — except that it’s scheduled to be released around the same time as the motion picture roughly halfway through 2007.
