Scooper ‘Nubia’ points out on the Superhero Hype! message boards that Oscar nominee Shohreh Aghdashloo has revealed in Entertainment Weekly that she is not playing Doctor Kavita Rao in X-Men 3, as was previously reported:
“I am playing Dr. Cecilia Reyes, and she has the power to create a six inch force field around herself and ward off any attacks.” She will start filming in October.
When asked about other details, she adds “To tell the truth, I don’t know because I have not read the script yet. Brett is still working on it.”
The actress starred in “House of Sand and Fog” and can be seen in upcoming “The Exorcism of Emily Rose”.
