Superman Returns Soars Into First
Tops both the DVD sales and rental charts

The Hollywood Reporter says that Superman Returns took over the national DVD sales and rental charts for the week ending December 3:
According to Nielsen VideoScan First Alert data, "Superman" outsold "Ice Age" by a margin of only 2.5-to-1, while "Ice Age" generated an additional $8 million in rental revenue to bring its take after two weeks to $18.3 million.
