A new Star Wars video game is out today for consoles and PC. The game is created by Electronic Arts Inc. and Bit Reactor in collaboration with Lucasfilm Games. It is a single-player turn-based tactics title set in the twilight of the Clone Wars.
Star Wars Zero Company is available in retail and digital storefronts from August 27, 2026, and can be purchased directly from the PlayStation Store and Microsoft Xbox Store. PC gamers can download the game using the EA App, Steam, or the Epic Games Store.
The Digital Edition includes unique cosmetic items inspired by the Clone Wars era. This version is available for $59.99 SRP on PC and $69.99 SRP on consoles. Players can also purchase a Collector’s Edition, which is available for $299.99 SRP.
The Collector’s Edition includes a Star Wars Zero Company-themed Hasbro Black Series Thermal Detonator, Steelbook, Desk Mat, and more. The game has received a nearly perfect rating of 4.84 out of five stars on the PlayStation Store.
Customization and combat take center stage in Zero Company
Star Wars Zero Company requires players to lead the Clone Wars’ most cunning operatives in tactical operations, investigations, and missions through a cinematic original story. New combat synergies can be unlocked based on the deep bonds between squadmates.
Moreover, characters’ combat specialization can be customized by tailoring their appearances, loadous, and abilities. Custom-made Star Wars characters can be added to the team. Additionally, players must also strategize and adapt on the battlefield and at base.
The game’s official description reads, “In Star Wars Zero Company, former Republic officer Hawks and Zero Company, an elite squad of unconventional professionals for hire, are recruited for an operation by Republic Intelligence. From ex-nobles to ex-cons, they now share one mission: Stop the Infinite Coil, a Separatist-aligned cult, and their leader Kundri Fathom before the deadly Shadow Plague consumes the galaxy.”
